Joe joins Xpress with over 30 years of experience leading finance teams in healthcare and other complex, multi-site industries. Most recently, he served as CFO at Oral Surgery Partners and West Coast Dental. Joe’s career spans strategic financial leadership, private equity partnerships, and a strong operational focus, making him a key addition as Xpress Wellness continues to grow across the region.

With a proven track record in financial transformation, Joe has led organizations through large-scale financings, real estate and ABL transactions, and performance turnarounds. He is a Cornell MBA graduate with a passion for creating high-functioning teams and building cultures rooted in transparency and accountability.
