SPEEGLEVILLE, Texas (FOX44) – Integrity Urgent Care has officially made their move from China Spring Road to just off of Highway 6 in Speegleville, and they celebrated their grand opening today, August 31, 2026, with a ribbon cutting and a $5,000 donation to China Spring High School’s marching band.
When asked why the company relocated to Speegleville, Dr. Eddy Dark, DO, the company’s Texas Medical Director and Chief Development Officer, said, “That was a great facility. We liked some of the things, but it just didn’t quite have everything we needed. This actually — this area actually qualifies as a rural health program, so we are able to do urgent care, primary care, behavior health, psychiatric med management, all kinds of other service lines because of being in this location, so — but also — we also just wanted to be able to capture not just China spring, but also Valley Mills and Crawford, and just be able to see more people and do the best area for being access of care.”
Integrity Urgent Care has 42 locations all across the state of Texas, dedicated to making lower-cost and high-quality care a more convenient option to the communities they serve. The contribution to the China Spring High School Band marks the company’s first corporate donation specifically supporting a youth or school program, and it reflects their broader commitment to investing in the communities they serve.
The company says the Speegleville location will be open seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
