Oklahoma City, OK. (December 2, 2024) – Integrity Urgent Care® opened a brand new walk-in urgent care clinic in Forney today. Located next to Tom Thumb on FM 548, the team at Integrity Urgent Care provides relief for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Integrity’s Chief Development Officer Eddy Dark, D.O. shared that as a former ER doctor, he watched the bills come out of an ER and wondered where all that money was going.

According to Dark, the average ER bill runs about $2,000.

“We started Integrity Urgent Care so about 80% of the same services done in an ER could be done in our clinic for a fraction of the cost,” said Dark. “We treat all ages and most any conditions. If you fall down, and think you have a broken bone, we can help you with an x-ray in the clinic”

The new Integrity Urgent Care clinic in Forney will bridge the gap between doctor’s offices and emergency rooms, providing walk-in services, extended hours, and prompt treatment for health issues such as the flu, COVID, strep, RSV, minor injuries like sprains and strains, minor fractures, bite and puncture wounds, and lacerations that need immediate attention but aren’t life-threatening.

“With the cold and flu season upon us, we are here to provide relief and get patients better, faster,” said Nurse Practitioner Angela Wright. “We know accidents and illnesses don’t happen at a convenient time and that’s why we are open late and on weekends.”

Experienced in medical-surgical, pediatrics, pain management, and urgent care, Wright is committed to making a difference in patients’ lives.
