Oklahoma City, OK. (January 7, 2025) –  Integrity Urgent Care^® is excited to announce the opening of a new walk-in urgent care clinic in Decatur, Texas, on January 13, 2025. Conveniently located next to Discount Tire on S FM 51, the new clinic will provide accessible, quality healthcare services during the cold and flu season and beyond.

Eddy Dark, D.O., Integrity’s Chief Development Officer, is a native Texan, rancher, and former ER doctor. He shared that as a child, whenever he injured an ankle or wrist, his mom’s first instinct was to head to the emergency room for an x-ray.

Dr. Dark noted that the average ER bill typically runs around $2,000. In contrast, Integrity Urgent Care can provide approximately 80% of the same services for a fraction of the cost.

The Decatur clinic will offer a range of urgent care services designed to bridge the gap between primary care and emergency rooms. Patients can receive immediate treatment for conditions like the flu, COVID-19, strep throat, RSV, minor injuries (such as sprains, strains, and fractures), and wounds (including bites, punctures, and lacerations) that require urgent care but are not life-threatening.

Patients can visit the clinic without an appointment, but appointments can also be made in advance or through online check-ins to reserve a spot in line. For added convenience, virtual care options will be available, allowing patients to connect with medical professionals from the comfort of their own homes.
